Omschrijving

Meer weten over het configureren, bouwen en onderhouden van computers, laptops en printers? Met een CompTIA-diploma laat je zien wat je kunt. In deze training leer je het installeren van besturingssystemen en het instellen van netwerkinstellingen. Je hebt zo onder meer kennis van fysieke netwerken, het protocol TCP/IP en mobiele besturingssystemen.

Voorkennis

Je hebt 9-12 maanden ervaring met het werken met een pc.

Doelgroep

Deze training is speciaal ontwikkeld voor medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het configureren van pc’s, randapparatuur en besturingssystemen of voor het oplossen van storingen bij pc’s, randapparatuur en software.

Na afloop kennis van

• Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van pc’s, mobiele apparaten en software voor eindgebruikers
• Basisprincipes toepassen voor veilige netwerken
• Hard- en softwareproblemen oplossen en documenteren

Inhoud

Hardware

• Identifying, using and connecting hardware components and devices, thereby gaining broad knowledge about different devices that is now necessary to support the remote workforce

Operating Systems

• Installing and supporting Windows OS including command line and client support, system configuration imaging and troubleshooting for Mac OS, Chrome OS, Android and Linux OS

Software Troubleshooting

• Troubleshooting PC and mobile device issues including common OS, malware and security issues

Networking

• Explaining types of networks and connections including TCP/IP, WIFI and SOHO

Troubleshooting

• Troubleshooting real-world device and network issues quickly and efficiently

Security

• Identifying and protecting against security vulnerabilities for devices and their network connections

Mobile Devices

• Installing and configuring laptops and other mobile devices and supporting applications to ensure connectivity for end users

Virtualization and Cloud Computing

• Comparing and contrasting cloud computing concepts and setting up client-side virtualization

Operational Procedures

• Following best practices for safety, environmental impacts, and communication and professionalism

Certificaat

Wanneer je de training hebt afgerond, ontvang je een certificaat van deelname.

Na het volgen van deze training ben je ook voorbereid op het officiële examen CompTIA A+. Dit examen is niet inbegrepen.
